Your surgical tables are in constant use which may, over time, lead to torn pads, dented shrouds, or damaged power components and hand controls. This normal wear and tear can impact successful patient outcomes and your Operating Room's (OR) ability to drive revenue for your facility.
Our Surgical Table Revive Program can restore your surgical tables to their peak condition at a low cost. We offer five flexible packages to choose from:
- Revive Max – Scope of work: Extends beyond Revive Prime Plus to leverage the STERIS Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) dedicated refurbishment center.
- Revive Prime Plus – Scope of work: Includes everything in the Revive Prime, as well as new leg/head/seat/back X-ray tops, set of stainless-steel columns and base shrouds. All work completed on-site to ensure minimal downtime.
- Revive Prime – Scope of work: Includes everything in the Revive Tune Up, as well as new leg/head/seat/back pads, hand control, arm board assembly, battery control, 12V battery, power cord and AC plate assembly (if applicable). All work completed on-site to ensure minimal downtime.
- Revive Tune Up – Scope of work: Replace the table feet and rubber cylinders, adjust floor lock system, tighten and lubricate the tabletop and rail hardware, clean table casters, test full operation of table and complete a full Preventive Maintenance inspection. All work completed on-site to ensure minimal downtime.
- Revive Table Base – Scope of work: Disassembling the table to expose the base of the table, sanding/priming/painting the base, and reassembling the table. All work completed on-site to ensure minimal downtime.
Our Surgical Table Revive Program offers scalable, customizable, budget-friendly options to ensure your STERIS equipment is functioning at optimum performance while you plan for new operating equipment in the future. By inspecting OR table components like the floor lock system and table casters, plus replacement of components like table pads, hand controls, and power components where necessary, the Surgical Table Revive Program allows you to operate efficiently and focus on what matters most – the patient.

1. STERIS CPO Equipment Transport & Inspection
Your surgical table ships securely to STERIS's dedicated refurbishment location, the STERIS Certified Pre-Owned Equipment facility. STERIS Technicians perform a series of inspections.
2. STERIS CPO Refurbishment
STERIS Technicians inspect equipment throughout the replacement and refurbishment stages, from internal systems to exterior surfaces and components. The STERIS CPO process ensures optimal equipment operation and aesthetics to meet the OEM performance and quality standards.
3. STERIS CPO Equipment Delivery
