Product Overview

These modular tabletop extensions increase the width of your surgical table by 8" to accommodate obese patients. The Bariatric Width Extenders can be conveniently stored on the Bariatric Accessory Cart (BF551) and sold separately.

How Do Bariatric Width Extenders Work?

In bariatric cases where the patient's size may exceed the table's current width, the Bariatric Width Extenders provide additional support to the operating room (OR) staff. Slide the table extenders onto the siderail of the surgical table and twist the knob(s) on the underside to tighten to the table. The table-top width extenders contain a siderail on them so that other table accessories can be attached directly to the extenders themselves.
