How the Patient Transfer Boards work
All Patient Transfer Boards feature a soft core with no hard metal rollers. No lifting is required, even for the heaviest of patients. Optional Disposable Transfer Board Covers (BF52) sold separately.
Why the Patient Transfer Boards?
All Patient Transfer Boards make it easier for caregivers to safely transfer patients to or from the operating room table. Long boards allow for easy transfer in Beach Chair (Fowler’s) position. Short boards allow for easy transfer in supine or lateral positions. Patient weight capacity is 500 lbs. Compatible with all STERIS Surgical Tables.
