These Extensions hold the TenZor Traction Unit Assembly to provide greater positioning flexibility. The L-Shaped Extension can be used to provide additional length or greater abduction during orthopedic procedures. The Straight Extension can be used to adjust the level of the TenZor Traction Unit Assembly and the patient's leg relative to the abductor bars.
