- Straight Traction Extension is used to adjust the level of the traction unit assembly and the patient's leg relative to the abductor bars.

Used to adjust the level of the traction unit assembly and the patient's leg relative to the abductor bars. As pictured here, extension is in a position that lowers the patient's leg relative to the abductor bar for tibia/fibula nailing.
Other Attachments Required: Traction Unit Assembly (BF0006) and Traction Assembly Clamp (BF0002) Table Compatibility: 3080, 3085 with Orthopedic Extension, Ortho II, and OrthoVision tables
Usage: Lower extremity fractures
NOTE: Patient weight limitation is 300 pounds (136 kg) for OrthoVision & Ortho II tables. Patient weight limitation is 400 pounds (181 kg) for 3080/3085 tables and Ortho Extension.
