Functions
The STERIS 7000-Series Split Leg Positioners (BF00237) provide mid-line access to the patient with powered control for flexion and extension, manual controls for full abduction/adduction, and width extension to allow clinicians greater access. These STERIS Split Leg positioners attach directly to the Seat Section of any 7000-Series Surgical Table.
The 7000-Series Split Leg Positioners are sold as a pair without pads. Choose from 2”, 3”, or 4” thick pressure management (TLT) pads in either a flat top or concave top shape.
Procedures
The 7000-Series Split Leg Positioners are ideal for laparoscopic, bariatric, orthopedic, and other lower extremity procedures. These leg support accessories are highly radiolucent, an essential feature for capturing crisp, clear images using low-dose X-ray and fluoroscopy. Lightweight fabrication promotes safe, ergonomic handling. The streamlined design eliminates attachment hardware on the table siderail, which improves docking of the patient stretcher and reduces the risk of patient transfer injuries.
