Ensure compliance and enhance safety in your endoscope reprocessing workflow with the MEDIVATORS™ Endoscope Inspection Station. Designed to meet ANSI/AAMI ST91:2021 guidelines,1 this station provides a dedicated, height-adjustable workspace for critical steps in preventing cross-contamination such as visual inspection and protein detection with the VERIFY™ RESI-TEST™ SLIDE-THRU Cleaning Process Protein Indicator.
Why the MEDIVATORS™ Endoscope Inspection Station
Manual cleaning of endoscopes can result in splashes of water, detergent, and biological soil several feet from the sink.2 Extra space at the sink is also often limited, making it difficult to perform thorough visual inspections without risking contamination. ANSI/AAMI ST91:2021 guidelines (4.1, L.) recommend a "space for visual inspection and cleaning verification tests."1 A separate inspection station helps maintain a clean environment and supports infection prevention protocols.
