The MEDIVATORS ADVANTAGE PLUS Pass-Thru Automated Endoscope Reprocessor (AER) allows you to meet the recommendations for unidirectional pass-thru processing. It is the first pass-thru dual basin system for HLD, enabling you to process two endoscopes at separate times, improving reprocessing efficiency.
The ADVANTAGE PLUS Pass-Thru AER is part of the STERIS No-Touch Workflow with ADVANTAGE Transport Cassettes that allow endoscopes to be transported with minimal endoscope handling to reduce the risk of cross-contamination and damage.
How the MEDIVATORS ADVANTAGE PLUS Pass-Thru Automated Endoscope Reprocessor Works
The MEDIVATORS ADVANTAGE PLUS Pass-Thru AER improves adherence to established industry guidelines for endoscope disinfection. It has been proven to high-level disinfect a wide variety of the most commonly used endoscopes. This automatic endoscope reprocessor uses the non-enzymatic INTERCEPT™ PLUS Detergent in the wash cycle before disinfection to effectively loosen soils in three minutes at 68-95°F (20-35°C). During the automated cycle, the system also uses single-use RAPICIDE™ PA High-Level Disinfectant to effectively kill TB, hepatitis viruses, C-diff, VRE, MRSA, and CRE in five minutes at 86°F (30°C).
