Product Overview

The MEDIVATORS ADVANTAGE PLUS Pass-Thru Automated Endoscope Reprocessor is the first pass-thru platform to physically separate the areas of flexible endoscope reprocessing rooms.

How the MEDIVATORS ADVANTAGE PLUS Pass-Thru Automated Endoscope Reprocessor Works

The physical separation of the clean and dirty environments within an endoscope reprocessing area is a globally-recognized infection prevention best practice1 that helps reduce the risk of recontamination, helping to ensure patient-ready endoscopes for every procedure.

Using an effective detergent and disinfectant is necessary for removing bioburden and contaminants from endoscopes. The MEDIVATORS ADVANTAGE PLUS Pass-Thru Automated Endoscope Reprocessor uses the non-enzymatic INTERCEPT™ PLUS Detergent in the wash cycle before disinfection to effectively loosen soils in three minutes at 68-95°F (20-35°C). During the automated cycle, the system also uses the single-use, non-aldehyde RAPICIDE™ PA High-Level Disinfectant to effectively kill TB, hepatitis viruses, C-diff, VRE, MRSA and CRE in five minutes at 86°F (30°C).

The MEDIVATORS ADVANTAGE PLUS Pass-Thru Automated Endoscope Reprocessor improves adherence to established industry guidelines for disinfection2,3,4 and has been proven to high-level disinfect a wide variety of the most commonly used endoscopes.
