Product Overview
The Schure Loc XPS Limb Positioner (BF041) effectively positions the operative limb during a variety of upper and lower extremity procedures. Upper extremity procedures include shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff, total shoulder replacement, and elbow procedures. Pairing the Schure Loc XPS Limb Positioner with the Elbow & Ankle Positioner, TKR Positioner, or Counter Traction Post Attachments provides surgeons with the ability to perform several lower extremity procedures making this product ideal for a wide variety of orthopedic cases. It can be used in Fowler's (beach chair), supine, and lateral positions to help decrease surgeon fatigue, enhance surgical site access and improve surgical team productivity.
How the Schure Loc XPS Arm Positioner Works
With no foot pedals, hoses, hydraulics or power cords around the surgical table, the Schure Loc XPS Limb Positioner combines strength and flexibility when adjusting the operative limb. The device maintains steady positioning from start-to-finish, which enables the entire surgical team to focus on the open or arthroscopic limb procedure, instead of holding the patient's limb during surgery.
