Product Overview
The padded Horseshoe Headrest supports and cradles a patient’s head for a variety of surgical specialties, including otolaryngology, ophthalmology, and neurology. When attached to the Horizontal Attachment 1800 (BF008) or the Frontal Sitting Attachment (BF01), the headrest can be positioned for supine, prone, or Fowler patient posturing.
Table Compatibility:
- STERIS 4085, 4095, 5085, 5085 SRT, 5085 Harmony, 5095, and CMAX (Gen. 1; NA Only) Surgical Tables
- AMSCO® 3085 SP, 3085-R, 3080 SP/RL/RC, and 3080-R series Surgical Tables
- AMSCO® 1080, 2080 Surgical Tables (Note: these tables do not require an Eye-ENT-Neuro Adaptor)

Weight Capacity is 300 lbs.
Do not exceed stated patient weight capacity for any surgical table accessory. Please reference the accessory IFU for details. Additionally, the accessory weight may need to be included when calculating total permissible patient load for this surgical table.
Not manufactured with natural rubber latex.

Depending on the STERIS surgical table model, an Eye-ENT-Neuro Headrest Adaptor is required:
- BF173 – for use with STERIS 4085, 5085 and CMAX
- BF309 – for use with STERIS 5085SRT
- BF185 – for use with STERIS Amsco 3085, 3080, 3080R
Additionally, the Horizontal attachment #1800 (BF008) or the Frontal Sitting Attachment (BF01) is required.
