The STERIS Code of Business Conduct & Integrity Helpline / AdvaMed Code of Ethics

STERIS requires all Associates to be lawful and ethical in all business practices. STERIS expects all Associates to learn and comply with all corporate policies, applicable laws, and the business principles outlined in the STERIS Code of Business Conduct.

The STERIS Integrity Helpline is available to Associates and external parties to report any suspected violation of the STERIS Code of Business Conduct, company policies and procedures, laws, or regulations. This includes concerns related to financial misconduct, conflicts of interest, safety, interactions with healthcare professionals, or third-party conduct, especially when normal internal communication methods are not appropriate.

**IMPORTANT**: Integrity Helpline Phone Number Changes

The STERIS Integrity Helpline is undergoing an update. Currently, telephone reporting numbers are available for the United States, Japan, Portugal, and the Dominican Republic. Additional country-specific telephone numbers will be posted as they become available. Until then, EthicsPoint remains fully available for reporting concerns.

Individuals wishing to report a concern from any other country should use the STERIS EthicsPoint Reporting Site to:

  • Submit a report through the online reporting form; or
  • Use the new Click Connect feature (where available) to make a browser-based phone call
