Submit a Device for Testing

Give your products the advantage of being validated for some of the newest and most popular technology in STERIS's low temperature portfolio by working with STERIS Device Testing. Complete the form below to submit your device(s) for testing. All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

PROJECT REQUEST FORM

The Project Request Form requires you to enter information in order for STERIS to open a project, create protocols, and to test your devices. You will be required to enter your device model numbers and other information pertaining to your device. STERIS also requires the Instructions For Use (IFU) for the device and microbial efficacy testing inoculation locations on the device. STERIS considers all studies to be confidential and treats information accordingly.
