Bariatric Width Extenders

  • Provides an extra 8" (4" on each side) of surgical table width on all 4 sections of the table
  • Easily attach onto the siderail of the surgical table by sliding into place

Product Overview

These radiolucent modular extenders increase the width of your table to a full 28 inches to accommodate bariatric patients. The Bariatric Width Extenders can be conveniently stored on the Bariatric Accessory Cart (BF551); sold separately.

How Do Bariatric Width Extenders Work?

In bariatric cases where the size of the patient may exceed the current width of the table, the Bariatric Width Extenders provide that additional support the OR staff needs. Simply slide the width extenders onto the siderail of the surgical table and twist the knob on the underside to tighten to the table. The width extenders contain a siderail on them so other table accessories can be attached directly onto the extenders themselves.
