Product Overview

Monitor loads and remain compliant with device Instructions For Use (IFUs) requiring 10-minute cycles. The Celerity Xtend 10 Assembly is used with the VERIFY All-In-One STEAM Reusable Test Pack. It is validated for routine monitoring of 270°F/132°C dynamic air removal steam sterilization cycles with a 10-minute exposure time.

How the Celerity Xtend 10 Assembly Works

The Celerity Xtend 10 Assembly is a preassembled plastic vial with a rubber cap containing both a Celerity 20 STEAM BI and a Celerity 10 STEAM Chemical Indicator (CI). The assembly is placed in the VERIFY All-In-One STEAM Reusable Test Pack to form the BI challenge (test) pack. The complete test pack is then placed at the most challenging location of the sterilizer, typically on the bottom rack near the drain. After the cycle, the clear plastic housing allows for immediate interpretation of the chemical indicator. The BI is then incubated and read within 20 minutes in a universal Celerity™ Incubator or Celerity™ STEAM Incubator.
