George Godfrey

George Godfrey

George Godfrey is the Director, Project and Process Design Management for SterilTek.  George has 35 years of healthcare experience in the clinical setting, sales, and project design management.  He graduated with honors from Western Carolina University – Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) and Troy State University – Master of Public Administration (MPA) program.  He worked for over twenty years in the operating room and sterile processing in a wide variety of facilities both civilian and military.  He currently serves on the AIA, Academy of Healthcare Architecture Graduate Fellowship Student Charrette and Vendor Advisory committee.

Jim Barton

Jim Barton

Jim Barton is a Senior Professional Services Consultant for SterilTek. Jim has 37 years of healthcare experience in equipment sales and the design and development of surgical and central services departments. He has successfully designed and supported the building of a number of off-site surgical instrument reprocessing facilities. He has been recognized by the American Institute of Architecture (AIA/AHA) for work done with graduate fellowships and student design Charrettes, a teaching and learning program for future healthcare architects. He has served on the AIA, Academy of Healthcare Architecture Graduate Fellowship Student Charrette and Vendor Advisory committees.

Additionally, Jim performs strategic operational assessments of sterile processing departments identifying process improvement opportunities and future options to accommodate surgical volumes Jim resides in northern Ohio.

Dan Johnson

Dan Johnson

Dan Johnson is a Senior Professional Services Consultant for SterilTek Inc. Dan works with hospitals nationwide to expand and improve their CS operations and support OR growth.

Dan has more than 15 years of consulting experience in healthcare and other industries. His skills include areas such as Lean Process facilitation, process design, capacity planning, management training and organizational development. He is certified in Production and Inventory Control, American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and holds a Masters degree in Operation Management from the University of Arkansas.

Cory Nestman

Cory S. Nestman serves as a Senior Professional Service Consultant for SterilTek. Cory works with hospitals nationwide improving their operating room and support operations such as central services (CS), materials management and perioperative services.

Cory is involved in projects that include clinical assessment, process improvement, capacity planning, strategic planning, cultural change, operational improvement, management solutions and training.

Cory has 20 years of experience in healthcare sterile processing and supply distribution, which includes technical training, staff development and CS management. Cory is a Purdue University Accredited Certified Educator and is a nationally recognized expert on sterile processing operations. She has published in her field and presented at educational programs sponsored by professional organizations such as the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) and Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC).

Joanne Nicoletti

Joanne M. Nicoletti

Joanne M. Nicoletti is a Senior Professional Services Consultant for SterilTek. Joanne is a registered nurse and graduated with honors from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) In addition, Joanne also holds a Masters Degree in Public Management (MPM) from Carnegie Mellon University. She also has a certification in Infection Control from the University of Virginia.

Joanne has over 20 years experience in the hospital setting and has an extensive clinical and nursing administrative background She has held Director and Management positions over multiple clinical support services included Sterile Processing, Central Supply, Materials Management and Infection Control. Joanne is experienced in successfully turning around failing sterile processing departments into a state of the art, cost effective areas as well as mentoring and coaching sterile processing managers to effectively lead and manager their areas. Joanne was also instrumental in working with a team of engineers developing and implementing a robot that provides deliveries of supplies and equipment to patient care areas. The robot is now used in 70 hospitals within the nation.

Joanne currently assists hospitals nationwide in leadership coaching and mentoring, process assessments and improvement, Interim Management, and survey readiness. Joanne has held memberships in Sigma Theta Tau - National Honor Society of Nurses and the local chapter of Nurse Executives.

Glen Eleby

Glen Eleby

Glen Eleby is a Senior Site Manager for SterilTek. Glen currently oversees the Sterile Processing Department at Good Samaritan Hospital and Sterilization Monitoring for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Glen has 29 years experience in healthcare sterile processing and supply distribution, which includes 10 years of CS management. In Southern California, Glen is recognized as an expert in sterile processing operations and is an International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) Certified Registered Central Service Technician.
