STERIS’s non-condensing VHP® and mVHP® gaseous decontamination technologies are scalable from small chambers for portable sensitive equipment to land vehicles, cargo and tactical aircraft, and building interiors.*
To address the many applications of VHP and mVHP decontamination, STERIS has developed a diverse family of delivery systems.
Building and Aircraft Decontamination
In first-of-its-kind field tests at ECBC and Davis-Monthan AFB, STERIS Defense & Aerospace VHP/mVHP prototype mobile systems were successfully demonstrated in the decontamination of cargo aircraft, tactical aircraft and building interiors.† .

Because of their excellent materials compatibility, VHP and mVHP are suitable for the decontamination of sensitive electronics, optics and personal carry equipment.† STERIS mobile sensitive equipment decontamination system technologies range from the small two-man carry CBDU that uses its own shipping container as a decontamination enclosure, to the high-throughput SEDS mounted on a 463L pallet, designed to function as part of a decontamination line.
