1. How will buySTERIS protect my credit card information?

Our secure online system encrypts all of your personal and financial information including credit card number, name, and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are transmitted over the Internet. Our order form is protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information and confirms the identity of the server before allowing your order to be sent. Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers support the SSL protocol.

3. Do I need a specific browser to shop at buySTERIS?

To shop at buySTERIS you need one of the following browsers: 4.0 or higher versions of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer for the Windows, Macintosh or Linux operating systems.

4. What are your hours of operation?

You can order from buySTERIS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, if you need to speak with a buySTERIS representative the hours are: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Mon. - Fri.).

5. Will you confirm my order?

buySTERIS will send you an e-mail to confirm that we've received your order once you've placed it. We will also send you an e-mail to let you know that your order has shipped. Without your correct e-mail address, these important messages will not reach you.

6. Will my purchases be taxed?

Sales tax will apply only to orders shipped within the State of Ohio. The rate of tax will be 5.75%. The applicable sales tax will be included in the order total.

All out of state orders will be shipped free of sales tax.

buySTERIS guarantees shipment within 24 hours for products that are in stock. Depending on your shipping preference, your order should arrive within 1 - 7 business days.
