U.S. Employees - 2010 Benefits Open Enrollment Information

Open Enrollment begins November 2, 2009 and ends November 20, 2009. Changes you make during this period
become effective January 1, 2010 and remain in effect through December 31, 2010 unless you experience an IRS
Qualified Life Event.

If you have no changes, do nothing- unless you wish to enroll in a FSA or need to request a waiver of the
working spouse surcharge.
